At Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F),our Skill Development Program is designed to empower individuals—especially youth and women from underprivileged communities – by equipping them with practical, market-relevant skills that lead to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Recognizing that education alone is not enough to break the cycle of poverty, this program focuses on bridging the gap between learning and livelihood.
We believe that skill development is the cornerstone of self-reliance and sustainable development. Our Skill Development Program is crafted to empower marginalized youth, women, and other vulnerable sections of society by imparting job-oriented and entrepreneurial skills that open pathways to dignified livelihoods.
Program Objectives:
- To reduce unemployment and underemployment by enhancing employability.
- To promote self-employment and micro-entrepreneurship.
- To bridge the skill gap between education and industry requirements.
- To foster economic independence, especially among women and rural youth.
