Dr. Jai Ram Singh, a distinguished Naval Medical Veteran, Human Resource professional and visionary leader, is the founder of the Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F) – an organization committed to the empowerment of children and women through education, skill development, and social reform.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Singh has engaged closely with communities across diverse social strata, shaping his belief in the transformative philosophy of Learn, Earn, and Return. In this vision, Learn represents acquiring education and practical skills; Earn signifies achieving self-respect, dignity, and economic stability; and Return reflects the responsibility of giving back—through guidance, education, and fostering sustainability in society.
Under his leadership, the Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F) focuses on creating long-term, sustainable change in underserved communities. Driven by a profound passion for public service, Dr. Singh continues to champion initiatives that uplift lives, bridge social inequalities, and contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
Savita is the brain behind Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F). As the CEO and Co-Founder of Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation, Savita believes that meaningful change begins with equal access to opportunity – especially for the most vulnerable among us. With a vision to empower underserved communities through education, healthcare, livelihood, environment etc., we established Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F) to be a catalyst for sustainable development and social justice.
As the Director and Co-Founder of Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F), he has always believed that the real change begins at the grassroots level. With a strong commitment to social equity and inclusive development, Ayush, as co-founder of Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F) to serve as a platform for empowering marginalized communities – particularly children, women, and the underprivileged.
Ayush’s at Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation (I.W.F) involves strategic leadership, program development, and building partnerships that enhance our reach and impact. He works closely with our team to ensure that every initiative is sustainable, community-driven, and aligned with our core values of dignity, opportunity, and compassion.

Mrs. Jagriti Devi is the Co-founder Director (Skills Development) of I.W.F (Ishwarpura Welfare Foundation), a grassroots organization dedicated to social reform viz. empowering rural women through education and skill development. With a passion for social equity and inclusive education, Mrs. Jagriti Devi plays a dual role in shaping the strategic vision of the organization while building the capacities of the communities it serves.
As a co-founder, Mrs. Jagriti Devi has been instrumental in establishing the NGO’s core programs, partnerships, and community outreach strategies. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized populations.
Mrs. Jagriti Devi is known for her interactive and inclusive facilitation methods that empower learners, especially women and youth, to become change agents in their own lives. Mrs. Jagriti Devi believes that learning is a lifelong journey.
